Self-Service Kiosks Built for Ordering, Checkout and the Front Desk

One range covering every point where a customer would otherwise queue: a self-service checkout kiosk that scans, takes payment and prints the receipt; a self-ordering kiosk that takes the order and the queue ticket in one pass; and a 15.6-inch desktop self-service kiosk that fits on a counter you already have. Every terminal runs your own software on Android or Windows, ships CE, FCC and RoHS compliant, and is available for OEM and ODM projects.

Every terminal in this self-service kiosk range is built on a commercial-grade touchscreen in a metal or moulded housing and is powered on and checked before it leaves the factory. Pick the family that matches where the customer stands and what they have to do — scan and pay, order from a menu, or check in at a counter.

Which Self-Service Kiosk Fits Your Business?

Most buyers know the location and the task before they know the model. Answer three quick questions and the right terminal picks itself.

Where will the terminal stand?

Entrance, aisle or anywhere with passing traffic and free floor space → a floor-standing self-service kiosk. A wall that is free but the floor is not → a wall-mounted self-service kiosk. An existing reception or service counter → a desktop self-service kiosk, with no building work.

What does the customer actually do at the screen?

Scans products and pays → a self-service checkout kiosk. Browses a menu and places an order → a self-service ordering kiosk. Checks in, books, pays a bill or prints a ticket → a self-service check-in kiosk or self-service payment kiosk on the counter where staff already stand.

Does the terminal have to print something?

A receipt, an order ticket or a queue ticket → any family here ships a built-in 80mm thermal printer. Screen-only interaction, with no paper output → tell us and we will confirm the configuration that suits your software.

Why Buy the Whole Self-Service Kiosk Range From One Supplier

A rollout rarely needs only one terminal type. Buying self-ordering, self-checkout and countertop terminals from the same factory keeps the hardware, the software approach and the after-sales support consistent across every site.

One Supplier, Every Terminal

A Single Self-Service Kiosk Manufacturer for the Whole Rollout

Equipping a chain usually means juggling several vendors, each responsible for a different terminal type. Sourcing every family from one manufacturer means one specification standard, one spare-parts list and one point of contact when something needs attention. For integrators and distributors it also simplifies ordering, container loading and after-sales handling, whether the project is a single restaurant or a national store network.

OEM & ODM · Compliance

OEM, ODM and Software-Ready Hardware as Standard

We build for other people's brands as well as our own. Logo branding, custom housing colour and finish, housing dimensions for a specific footprint, and configuration of the terminal around your own ordering, checkout or check-in software are all available. Tell us the software you run and we will set the unit up as an Android self-service kiosk or a Windows self-service kiosk to suit it. Each terminal is a kiosk with 80mm printer and scanner as standard, so receipts, order tickets and queue tickets print on the spot, and every self-service kiosk ships CE, FCC and RoHS compliant. Units are powered on and checked before they are packed, so what arrives is ready to install rather than ready to troubleshoot.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Self-Service Kiosks

What buyers, integrators and facilities teams ask most often before ordering self-service kiosks for a retail, food service or front-desk project.

What types of self-service kiosks do you offer?

The range covers the main ways a customer serves themselves in a shop, a restaurant or at a front desk. The self-service checkout kiosk is a 21.5-inch to 32-inch terminal that lets shoppers scan, pay and print their own receipt, built for supermarkets, convenience stores and high-street retail. The self-ordering kiosk is a 24-inch to 32-inch terminal that takes the order, the payment and the queue ticket in one pass, built for restaurants, fast food and food courts. The desktop self-service kiosk is a compact 15.6-inch countertop terminal with four screen layouts for reception desks, clinics, hotels and other service points. Every family shares the same commercial-grade touchscreen, control software approach and OEM support.

How do I choose between a wall-mounted, floor-standing and desktop kiosk?

Start with the space and the traffic. A floor-standing self-service kiosk suits an entrance or an aisle where customers arrive with a trolley or a bag and need a full-size screen. A wall-mounted kiosk suits a corridor or a counter end where floor space is tight but the wall is free. A desktop self-service kiosk suits an existing reception or service counter, where a 15.6-inch terminal can be placed without any building work. Then confirm the job the customer performs at the screen, whether a receipt or ticket has to be printed, and whether the terminal must run your own software.

What screen sizes are available across the self-service kiosk range?

Checkout terminals are offered with 21.5-inch, 24-inch and 32-inch touchscreens. Ordering terminals are offered with 24-inch, 27-inch and 32-inch touchscreens. The desktop self-service kiosk uses a 15.6-inch touchscreen in four different screen layouts. If your project needs a size outside these ranges, contact us, because as a self-service kiosk manufacturer we also handle custom and OEM sizes.

Do the kiosks include a printer and a scanner?

Yes. Every self-service kiosk family includes a built-in 80mm thermal printer and an integrated QR code and barcode scanner. The printer outputs receipts, order tickets or queue tickets depending on the application, and the scanner reads memberships, coupons, digital tickets, vouchers and payment codes. NFC is available on the checkout and ordering terminals for contactless cards and mobile wallets. If your application needs a different printer width or an additional peripheral, tell us the requirement and we will confirm what can be integrated.

Should I choose Android or Windows for a self-service kiosk?

Both are available across the range, and the right choice depends on your software rather than on the hardware. Android suits applications built as apps or web clients that need a low-maintenance, always-on terminal, and is the common choice for ordering and queue-ticket terminals. Windows suits applications that already run as desktop software, or that need local drivers, peripherals or management tools. Send us the software you intend to run and we will confirm the recommended configuration and the integration path.

Can you customise the kiosks with our branding and our own software?

Yes. We work as an OEM and ODM self-service kiosk supplier. We support logo branding, custom housing colour and finish, housing dimensions for a specific footprint, and configuration of the terminal around your own ordering, checkout or check-in software. Sample orders and bulk production are both accepted. Minimum order quantity, lead time and pricing depend on the model, the configuration and the quantity, so send your requirement to our sales team for a confirmed quote.

Do the kiosks come with certification and technical support?

The self-service kiosks are CE, FCC and RoHS compliant, and every unit is powered on and checked before shipment. We provide installation guidance and after-sales service, and we support the software integration needed to put the terminal into service. For integrators and distributors rolling out self-service kiosks across multiple sites, we also offer project-level technical support. Contact us with your project scope and we will confirm the documentation and support package.

Ready to Specify Your Self-Service Kiosk?

Send us the location, the job the customer performs at the screen and the software you plan to run. We will come back with the right terminal, the right screen size and mounting, and a confirmed quote — including OEM options and sample orders.
