A product that is assembled carefully but tested lightly is not a finished product. Every unit follows the same path from circuit board to sealed carton, with inspection and burn-in at the points where failures actually show up.

The questions we hear most often from first-time buyers — on whether we are a real factory, visiting the factory, minimum orders, samples, certification, customisation and shipping.
Is Ceenovo a real factory or a trading company?
Ceenovo is a manufacturer, not a trading company. Shenzhen Ceenovo Technology Co., Ltd. designs, assembles, tests and ships its own products from a 2000+ square metre factory in Shenzhen, with a team of 30+ R&D engineers. We build digital signage displays, self-service kiosks, touch screen monitors and player boxes under our own roof, which is why we can also offer OEM and ODM customisation and direct technical support instead of passing requests to a third party.
Can I visit the factory or arrange a factory audit?
Yes. We welcome factory visits and third-party audits, and we can also arrange a video tour for buyers who cannot travel. Seeing the production lines, the quality inspection stations and the warehouse in person is the fastest way to confirm that the factory matches what we describe, so we are happy to schedule a visit or a live walkthrough at a time that suits you.
What is the minimum order quantity and the sample lead time?
The minimum order quantity and sample lead time depend on the product and configuration. A standard item usually ships in a smaller quantity and a shorter time, while a customised OEM or ODM build needs more engineering time before sampling. Send us the product and the specification you have in mind and we will confirm the exact MOQ, sample time and production lead time before you place anything.
Do you support OEM and ODM customization?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We customise hardware, the operating system (Windows and Android), the interface layout, the software and the enclosure and branding to customer requirements. For AIoT projects we design solutions and provide open APIs, so the device can be integrated into your own software and workflow rather than locking you into ours.
What certifications do your products have?
Our display products carry CE, FCC and RoHS certification, and we can confirm the certification status for a specific model before you order. If a market requires additional approval, tell us the target country and we will check what the product already holds and what can be added for your project.
